I went to Eastway Lock & Key to get a copy of a motorcycle key. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, they got the key made quickly. The new key was better quality than the original and the cost was comparable to what you might pay at the big box stores. Don't hesitate to pay them a visit for your keys and locks.

Excellent experience. They helped us find the model of our unique door handle which had been discontinued, and provided a link to buy it on eBay. Unfortunately the eBay order was missing one of the parts, but Eddie the technician was still able to get the door handle installed and working! They wanted to do their best to avoid more parts ordering and appointments for us, and Eddie really went above and beyond in his care for the work he did. Made us feel very valued as a customer. Highly recommend Eastway and Eddie!

I highly recommend Eastway lock and key. The company provided exceptional service that begin with the dispatcher who work with me to determine what I needed and rescheduled my appointment so that I would have time to actually purchase it. The technician Alex was very thorough. He had to work with Three different locks, one touchpad, and two Wi-Fi enabled locks that all had to be re-keyed to a common key. He also replaced the touchpad lock. He accomplished this in a very short period of time. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with..

Well, the other day my doorknob was seriously threatening to run away from home. Then got defiant when I tried to make it stay. And after 20 minutes of trying to reason with it to no avail, I gave up. I said to myself, "I've got something for you." Early the next morning, I called Eastway Lock & Key. I spoke to a very courteous and knowledgeable woman who told me that they could get someone out ASAP. She also told me pricing and that she'll give me a call as soon as someone is dispatched. Well, they sent Andrew my way, who was prompt, efficient and friendly. He not only told the doorknob that this was it's home whether it liked it or not, but also reinforced the importance of being cooperative. Thanks, Eastway Lock and Key.
