I had such a great experience in this mom and pop business where they treat you like you matter! I have a small chest that is a family heirloom. I never lock it because I don't have the key but a friend accidentally closed the lock. After many months, and many keys I tried, I finally brought the box in to Eastway. After some inspection, he figured out that the lock only needed to be pressed, and the lid would pop open! We both had a good laugh, and he sent me off, no charge. Would definitely patronize these guys again if I have the need!!
